Product Overview
Ferrite arc segments are the backbone of DC motor magnetic circuits worldwide. Each arc is pressed in a magnetic field to align grain orientation along the radial direction, maximizing flux density at the air gap. FerriteCustom produces motor arcs from 20mm to 200mm outer radius in 2-pole through 8-pole configurations, with tooling support for custom curvatures, included angles, and mounting features.
