Product Overview
Ferrite disc magnets are the most widely used permanent magnet format in industrial applications. Manufactured by wet or dry pressing of strontium/barium ferrite powder followed by high-temperature sintering at 1200–1250°C, they deliver consistent magnetic performance at a fraction of rare-earth cost. FerriteCustom produces ferrite discs from 3mm to 150mm diameter with thickness from 2mm to 30mm, supporting axial or diametric magnetization across Y30, Y30BH, Y35, and Y40 grades.
